Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable Louis S. Sceusi, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Virtual Courtroom in Newton on July 29, 2021 by Michael J. Soriano.

Soriano, age 27, of Hillsdale, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, a crime of the third degree. Sentencing is presently scheduled for September 2, 2021 before the Honorable Michael C. Gaus, J.S.C.
The defendant admitted he was in possession of several folds of Heroin when found by Sparta Police, who were responding to a report of a person possibly under the influence at Anderson Farms.
