October 13, 2021

     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable Michael C. Gaus, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Virtual Courtroom in Newton on October 12, 2021 by Michael Morgan.

     Morgan, age 25, of Beach Lake, PA, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, a crime of the third degree. Sentencing is presently scheduled for December 2, 2021 before the Honorable Michael C. Gaus, J.S.C.

     The defendant admitted to being in possession of Heroin, a Controlled Dangerous Substance when a motor vehicle stop was conducted.
