As of 12:00 AM on January 8, 2021 the Sussex County Division of Health (SCDOH) announces 170 additional cases of COVID-19 among County residents for a total number of 6,161 confirmed cases. Of the 6,161 cases, 3,670 cases have been classified as recovered. Additionally, the SCDOH reports 2 new deaths for a total of 228 deaths.
