Is a series of movements specifically designed to improve health. The degree of turning from body center and stretching through each posture combines with adaptability to suit each individual’s need. These factors focus on restoring, improving and maintaining health.

Health benefits include improved blood circulation, better posture and balance, increased strength and flexibility while reducing stress. The practice of Tai Chi benefits the entire body including the tendons, joints, spine, connective tissue and internal organs.
