WCCC and SCCC Partnership Slates Health Career Job Fair
Located in Phillipsburg, NJ (Warren County), On-site interviews may be available and participants are encouraged to bring their resume.
PHILLIPSBURG – Warren County Community College’s Continuing Education Department will be hosting its second annual Health Career Job Fair next month.
Job seekers interested in entering, or finding a new job in, the healthcare field are encouraged to join more than two dozen employers at WCCC’s Phillipsburg Education Center on Thursday, August 23. The event runs from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. The job fair will provide a venue for local employers in recruiting efforts for Nurses, Home Health Aides, Certified Nursing Assistants, Certified Medical Assistants, Certified Pharmacy Technicians and additional job opportunities in the health care industry.
The Phillipsburg Education Center is located at 445 Marshall Street, Phillipsburg.

Participating employers include Quva Pharma, Homecare Angels, Comfort Keepers, Warren Haven Rehabilitation Center, Genesis Healthcare, Clover Rest Home, The Chelsea at Brookfield, Compassionate Care Hospice, St. Luke’s University Health Network, United Methodist Communities at Bristol Glen, Home Instead Senior Care, Hunterdon Medical Center, Atlantic Health System, Manor Care Easton, Alternatives, Forest Manor, Matheny Medical Center and more. Additional community resource participants include the Warren County Library, U.S. Army, Norwescap, Project Self Sufficiency and Grand Canyon University.

The healthcare field continues to be one of the leading fields of employment, with roles that include pharmacy technicians, dental assistants, physical therapy aides, medical assistants, massage therapists, and phlebotomy technicians.
Warren County Community College and the Skylands Professional Training Partnership of Sussex County offers short-term career certificates in these and other healthcare fields.
