Narcan Training is open to anyone who is at risk of an opioid overdose or their family & friends. All eligible participants will receive a FREE Narcan (naloxone) kit and a treatment voucher for 30 days of free substance abuse treatment to use or distribute to any person that needs medication-assisted treatment. In addition, education will be provided on how to administer Narcan (naloxone) to reverse a heroin/opioid overdose.

Please note this is “first come, first served” for the first 75 participants, as we are not doing any pre-registration and it is open to the public. Training is approximately 45 minutes.

The Opioid Overdose Prevention Project is made possible by funding received from the NJ Dept of Human Services, Div of Mental Health & Addiction & JSAS HealthCare Inc in collaboration with Barnabas Health, Institute for Prevention.
