Howell Election 2017: Lowe, Miller Re-Elected To School Board

Angel Sanchez was ousted from the Howell school board; in Farmingdale, 500 write-in votes were cast for an unexpired term on the council.

HOWELL, NJ — Two Howell Township Board of Education members were returned for new terms and a third was selected to join the board in Tuesday's election.

According to unofficial results, incumbent Denise M. Lowe was the top vote-getter, receiving 6,,183. Albert Miller also was re-elected, receiving 5,847 votes, and newcomer Ira Thor (5,709) was the third-highest vote-getter, ousting incumbent Angel Sanchez.
