Howell Man Charged In Connection With Weapon Fired In Wall Twp
Brandon A. Torsiello, 20, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a weapon following a reported dispute near Adams Street.
HOWELL, NJ - A Howell Township man has been charged in connection with the firing a carbon dioxide air pistol in Wall Township, authorities said Friday.
Brandon A. Torsiello, 20, was arrested and charged with second degree possession of weapon for an unlawful purpose and third degree unlawful possession of a weapon following a report of shots fired in Wall Township on Jan. 7.
Police responded to the area of Adams Street at around 9:30 p.m. There were no reported injuries.

An investigation revealed that a Co2 Air Pistol belonging to Torsiello was fired that evening during a dispute. Torsiello is being held in the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold Township pending a detention hearing.
The investigation drew the combined efforts of the Wall Township Police Department, Howell Township Police Department and Neptune City Police Department.
