Howell Man Flips Off Motorist, Flips Car, Charged With DWI: Police
Police said the driver escaped the crash with minor injuries.

HOWELL, NJ -- A Howell Township man was charged with drunk driving after he lost control and flipped his 1988 Corvette while giving another driver the finger, Howell Police Chief Andrew Kudrick said Tuesday.
The 54-year-old man walked away with minor injuries after the crash that happened Monday on Hulses Corner Road, Kudrick said in a post on Facebook about the crash.
Kudrick said a witness told Howell police the driver of the Corvette gave him the finger as he illegally passed the witness's car. The witness said the man then lost control of the Corvette, which left Hulses Corner Road and flipped over, coming to rest on a resident's front yard.

"Despite how bad this looks, the 54-year-old Howell resident was very fortunate to only receive minor injuries," Kudrick said. "He extricated himself from the vehicle prior to the arrival of emergency service."
