HOWELL, NJ – The Howell PAL is seeking vendors for a prospective 2020 trunk-or-treat event at Soldier Memorial Park.

A potential date for the event is Oct. 28 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Vendors will be asked to arrive to the field between 4:30-5:15pm to set up.

“We will be COVID 19 Compliant under NJ State standards. There will be a single file line at the event for participants so there will be no crowding,” the PAL wrote in a Thursday social media post.

“We will have proper spacing between all vehicles/participants and masks are required by all. Once the trick or treaters go to all vendors they then will be asked to leave so there will be NO crowding. Once we have the potential number of vendors/vehicles coming out to the event we will make our decision on whether or not to hold Trunk or Treat 2020 by Tuesday 10/20.”

Anyone looking to participate as a vendor must email Jaime Szyarto at jszyarto@howellpal.org by Monday, Oct. 19 at noon. Interested vendors should include their name/business name and contact info in the email. Applicants will then be contacted with more info regarding the event.
