Come to the Jackson Branch to hear Manhattan based pianist/composer Deanna Witkowski, winner of the 2002 Great American Jazz Piano Competition. Deanna will be performing her new recording “Raindrop” Improvisations with Chopin. Raindrop features solo piano arrangements of select Chopin works that mask the lines between Brazilian, jazz and classical music.
