HOWELL, NJ — The chill in the air is a reminder that fall is nearly upon us, and quickly approaching along with it is the eighth anniversary of the launch of the Howell Patch.

We wanted take a moment to thank you, our readers, for taking time in your busy days to spend a few moments with Patch. We appreciate your visits and contributions, and we want you to know we take nothing for granted here. We've come a long way since Oct. 25, 2010. Thank you for helping us to grow and thrive.

In August, Howell Patch recorded 203,034 visitors. For a town of nearly 52,000 people, that's a lot of readers! We know many of you are right in Howell, while others are peeking in at your hometown from afar. We also know some of our Howell Patch readers are from neighboring towns as well.
