Stressful or traumatic life events come in many forms and can quickly spin out of control.
What can you do when the stress of life is too much to handle? Join Ocean Mental Health healing for a video screening where you will hear from three people who moved towards healing after a stressful and traumatic event. After the video, there will be a discussion about how you can move towards recovery as individuals and as a community.
