Brian Vientos

Brian Vientos

Brian Vientos started his career at the entry level and combined practical operations experience with strong project leadership skills.

Brian started out in frontline roles at Six Flags Great Adventure, working in guest services and ride operations. These early jobs taught him what it takes to keep a large park running smoothly, including timing, safety, teamwork, and the small details that shape the guest experience.

As he advanced, Brian took on leadership roles, supervising teams in busy areas of the park and helping improve daily operations during peak times. These positions helped him develop his skills in leading under pressure, clear communication, and uniting teams around common goals.

Later, Brian moved into capital project management. He now leads projects worth $2 million to $8 million, such as ride refurbishments, new attractions, queue expansions, and infrastructure upgrades. He works closely with contractors, vendors, internal teams, and safety officials to make sure projects are completed successfully from start to finish.

Brian is respected for his strong grasp of both planning and the real work on site. He understands what sounds good in meetings, but more importantly, what actually works in practice. This helps him ask the right questions, spot issues early, and keep projects realistic.

Along with his park experience, Brian has a strong background in customer service and attention to detail. Before Six Flags, he worked in mortgage sales in Ocean County while going to college full time. That job helped him learn to explain complex information clearly and handle many priorities with discipline and organization.

Brian earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Monmouth University and an associate degree from Ocean County College. He also holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications.

Brian has earned recognition throughout his career, such as Project Excellence Awards and Operations Supervisor of the Year. Most importantly, his strong track record and the trust he has built with colleagues and partners show the quality of his work.
