Boutique Gives Lake Hopatcong New 'Looks'

Jade and Jacqueline Cicala celebrated the grand opening of their new boutique with a ribbon cutting ceremony on May 19.

Mayor Russ Felter led the ribbon cutting ceremony at the shop, located in the Jefferson Diner Plaza and afterwards guests were treated to a fashion show.

According to Jade Cicala, Looks specializes in hair and makeup artistry for all beauty needs.

"Our team of highly educated, trained, artistic and professional artists will create the look you desire," Cicala said. "We offer creative, fashion-forward services on all cuts, colors and makeup."

Cicala said the boutique will provide on location services for weddings, photo shoots, private parties, television and film.

"We will bring our professionals to your location of choice," Cicala said.
