Guys Read Chooses New Title

The Guys book club at the Jefferson Township Public Library has chosen to discuss The Reluctant Fundamentalist by Mohsin Hamid at its next meeting.

The Reluctant Fundamentalist is the story of a Pakistani man, Changez, who is living the American dream, and suffers a seismic shift in his identity in the wake of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.

The Guys Read book club is new group started by Library Director Seth Stephens to encourage guys to read more often. The club will meet on Monday Oct. 17 at 7 p.m. at the Library.

Copies of The Reluctant Fundamentalist can be borrowed from the library.
