Oak Ridge Martial Arts is hosting a womans self defense seminar with Sensei Matt Van Wolput on March 24th at 1pm. This two hour seminar will cover awareness, basic striking techniques, ground defense, and pepper spray training. The pre-registration fee is $35 and includes a personal "Sabre" pepper spray.
