Jefferson Man Charged With Sexual Assaulting 11-Year-Old Girl
Richard Perry, of the Oak Ridge section of Jefferson, was charged on Sunday.
JEFFERSON, NJ — A 45-year-old Jefferson man was charged with sexually assaulting and endangering the welfare of an 11-year-old girl on Sunday.
Police said Richard Perry, of the Oak Ridge section of Jefferson, touched the breasts and genitals of a child in Jefferson.
Perry was charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child, police said. He was brought to the Morris County Correctional Facility in lieu of a $150,000 bail
