Jefferson Man Had Hypodermic Needles On Township Property: Park Police

The man also had multiple outstanding warrants from various towns.

JEFFERSON, NJ — A Jefferson man was arrested after Morris County Park Police say they found him with hypodermic needles on township land.

Officers were checking on the Minnisink Property in Jefferson when they saw a suspicious person. An investigation led to the arrest of Ian J. Carlson, 32, of Jefferson, after police say they found hypodermic needles and drug paraphernalia.

Carlson also had multiple municipal court warrants for him for failure to appear. He was arrested and turned over to the custody of the Woodbridge Police Department in Middlesex county.
