Jefferson Man Killed In Car Crash: Police
The other driver was also treated for injuries, police said.
JEFFERSON, NJ— A Jefferson man was killed in a head-on car crash Friday, Jefferson Police said in a statement.
Christopher Connelly, 57, was driving west on Berkshire Valley Road when he was struck by a car traveling east just before 5:00 p.m. He was taken to St. Clare's Dover Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The other driver, Kathleen Mitchell, 83, was treated for her injuries at Chilton Hospital.

Berkshire Valley Road was closed for three hours as a result of the investigation, which is still ongoing. Witnesses are asked to contact Traffic Safety Officer Davis at 973.697.1300
