Lake Hopatcong July 4th Fireworks: 2018 Guide

LAKE HOPATCONG, NJ — Looking for a different take on 4th of July weekend fireworks? The annual Lake Hopatcong fireworks are back for 2018 holiday.

Sponsored by the Lake Hopatcong Yacht Club, the Friday, June 29 fireworks are visible to everyone on the lake (the rain date is July 6).

The fireworks usually being at 9:15 p.m., and are sent off from a barge in the lake. An online commenter recommended parking your boat in the lake, or finding a lakeside venue to watch from.
