Newton Applebee's Breakfast Benefits Operation Chirstmas Child
Northwestern New Jersey area team volunteers organize a breakfast fundraiser to help offset shipping costs of shoeboxes in 2016.

Many families in Northwestern New Jersey have been very involved for years in packing gift-filled shoeboxes for children in need around the world through Operations Christmas Child. In fact, over 13,000 shoeboxes
were collected last year in this area! Northwestern New Jersey area team volunteers invite you to an Applebee's Flapjack Fundraiser breakfast in Newton, NJ (6 North Park Drive) on Saturday, October 8th from 8:00 am to 10:00 am in benefit of Operation Christmas Child. Proceeds from the Flapjack
Fundraiser breakfast will go to Operation Christmas Child to help cover the cost of shipping the millions of shoeboxes that will be collected this year. The cost for breakfast will be $10 ($6 for children 10 years of age and younger). Tickets can be purchased at the door, or ordered at 973.945.9723 or occnjnw@gmail.com.

Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan’s Purse, an international Christian relief and evangelism organization headed by Franklin Graham. The mission of Operation Christmas Child is to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world, and together with the local church worldwide, to share the Good News of Jesus Christ. Since 1993, Operation Christmas Child has collected and delivered more than 135 million gift-filled shoeboxes to children in more than 150 countries and territories. For many of these children, the gift-filled shoebox is the first gift they have ever received.
National Collection Week is November 14 to November 21, 2016!
