On Wednesday July 3rd, the newly formed Saffin Pond Pioneers Swim Team defeated the Lake Forest Vikings by a score of 235 to 214. This was the teams’ second meet of the season, and the first home meet to be held at the new Saffin Pond location. Many parent volunteers worked tirelessly for weeks to setup the eight lane course, docks, spectator area and concession site which is located on the Morris County Park Commission’s Mahlon Dickerson Reservation.
