Poll Location Workers Sought in Morris County

Primary, General Elections set in June and November.

It may still be winter, but election season is about to heat up, and Morris County is preparing for two separate dates in 2015.

Officials are seeking poll workers across the county’s 39 municipalities for the June 2 Primary Election as well as the Nov. 3 General Election.

Any Morris County resident who is a registered voter and able to read and write in English may apply to become a poll worker.

In order to be selected, an applicant must complete a two-hour mandatory training class, and will report to his or her assigned polling place at 5:15 a.m. on Election Day. Polls are open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Poll workers will earn $200 per day.
