PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Township of Jefferson, in the County of Morris and State of New Jersey, will conduct an auction at 11:00 A.M., prevailing time, on Thursday, July 22, 2021 the sale of the following abandoned vehicle:

2015 NISSAN ALTIMA       VIN# 1N4AL3AP5FC450591

and

The auction will be held at Richie's Auto Repair & Towing, 25 Taylor Road, Wharton, New Jersey, 07885.

The minimum bid amount is $200.00, together with such storage fees as may be required.

Prospective bidders wishing to inspect the vehicle may call Richie's Auto Repair & Towing at 973-366-2404 in order to arrange an inspection.

The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids received; to waive informalities in any bid; and to make such awards and take such other action as may be in the best interests of the Township. Item is sold as is, without any warranty or guaranty.

Minimum bid and winning bid must be paid for with cash, certified bank check or money order.
