Two Men Arrested After DWI Report At Jefferson Quick Chek

Two Pennsylvania men face drug charges after they were arrested Wednesday following a report of an intoxicated driver, Jefferson police said Thursday.
Michael Bello, 33, of Milford, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of drug paraphernalian, while his passenger, Sean Miller, 38, of Blakeslee, Pa., was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of a prohibited weapon, Capt. Eric F. Wilsusen of the Jefferson Township Police said.
Patrolman Bill Carroll responded to the Quick Chek for a report of a possible intoxicated person and then located the vehicle, with Bello at the wheel. A marijuana pipe was seen in plain view in the vehicle, Wilsusen said, and when Miller was removed from the car, a syrine and a cellophane wrapper containing what was suspected to be marijuana was seen on the floor on the passenger side of the car.

A switchblade was found on Miller during a search, Wilsusen said.
Both were released pending a municipal court appearance, he said.
