Strong winds are expected later on Saturday, the National Weather Service said.
Portions of Hudson County flooded briefly on Saturday afternoon amid sudden rains. Another downpour is expected around 8 p.m.
Hoboken's next high tide will occur around 1 a.m.
The city of Hoboken reminded residents on Saturday afternoon not to try to drive through floods.
The NWS also predicts thunderstorms Tuesday night, with a 90 percent chance of precipitation.
