Prosecutors said that Snow sexually assaulted the girl — who he knew personally, and who was under 13 — in a Jersey City home on "various dates" between August 2020 and March 2022.

Judge Mitchell Pascual sentenced Snow to 37 years in New Jersey State Prison for the aggravated sexual assault charge, prosecutors said. The sentence will run concurrent with an eight-year sentence for the sexual assault charge and an eight-year sentence for the endangering charge.

Snow will be ineligible for parole for at least 25 years under the Jessica Lunsford Act, prosecutors said. The act was signed into law in 2013 by Gov. Chris Christie, in order to give stricter penalties to sexual assaulters.

Snow is also subject to the No Early Release Act, Megan’s Law Registration, Parole Supervision for Life, Avenel Evaluation, and Nicole’s Law Restraining Order, prosecutors said.

The state was represented by Hudson County Assistant Prosecutor Andrew Baginski.
