Double Stabbing Left Man Dead, Woman Injured In Jersey City
The attack occurred on Tuesday morning, said authorities.
JERSEY CITY, NJ — Authorities are investigating a double stabbing that left one man dead and a woman injured early Tuesday morning, said Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez.
At about 6:42 a.m., Jersey City Police went to 196 Clinton Avenue on reports of an aggravated assault.
Officers found a 22-year-old woman with a serious apparent stab wound. The woman was
taken by Emergency Medical Services to Jersey City Medical Center where she remains in
stable condition, said Suarez.

Later that day at about 10 a.m., the Jersey City Police was told about an injured person at 186 McAdoo Ave.
Officers found the lifeless body of a man – later identified as Jason Khusial, 21, of Jersey City – with multiple apparent stab wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 10:14 a.m., said Suarez.

The cause and manner of death are pending the findings of the Regional Medical Examiner’s Office.
A preliminary investigation by the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Homicide Unit and the Jersey City Police Department found that Khusial had also been injured during the Clinton Avenue incident.

actively investigating this case. No arrests have been made at this time. Anyone with information
