Hudson County Man Charged With Sex Assault Of Teen Girl: Prosecutor

A Hudson County man was charged with the sexual assault of a minor he met at a local park, prosecutors said.

HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — A West New York man was charged Wednesday with sexually assaulting a girl "on multiple occasions" last month, prosecutors said.

Christian Felipe, 27, of West New York, was charged with second-degree sexual assault, third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, said the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office.

The crimes involved a 15-year-old girl and took place between May 22 and May 31, 2024, prosecutors said.

Prosecutors said he had met the girl at a West New York park prior to the assaults.

Felipe was arrested at home and taken to the Hudson County Correctional Facility to await his first court appearance, prosecutors said.
