3 In Lacey Charged With Distributing Heroin, Fentanyl
Authorities found 9,800 individual dosage units and 5 grams of 'raw,' unpackaged fentanyl, the prosecutor's office says.
LACEY, NJ — Three Lacey residents were charged with distributing heroin and fentanyl, the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office announced Wednesday. Authorities found 9,800 individual packages and 5 grams of "raw," unpackaged heroin and fentanyl during searches on their homes Aug. 1, the OCPO said.
Forked River residents Larry Negron, Bryanna Negron and Saul Padilla face charges. Their arrests culminated a three-month, multi-agency investigation into drug activity in the Ocean County area.
Larry Negron, 44, was charged with three counts of possession of between one-half ounce and 5 ounces of heroin and fentanyl with intent to distribute, along with two counts of heroin and fentanyl possession.

Bryanna Negron, 24, and Saul Padilla, 42, were each charged with possession of between one-half ounce and 5 ounces of heroin and fentanyl with intent to distribute, distribution of the same amount of heroin and fentanyl, and possession of the drugs.
