Aggressive Driving Complaint Leads To Drunk Driving Arrest In Lacey

Lacey Township police recently arrested a Lanoka Harbor man and charged him with driving under the influence after responding to a report of an aggressive driver, Police Chief David A. Paprota said.

Officer Julie Barcalow responded to a Fox Hollow Drive residence in Lanoka Harbor at 6:10 p.m. on April 16. The caller reported that the driver was "all over the road" and went through several controlled intersections without stopping, the chief said.

Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of Peter Daprato, 52, of Fox Hollow Drive for driving under the influence. He was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed and charged, Paprota said.
