Crash Sends Utility Pole Wires Across Manchester Avenue
Bayville man uninjured, charged with drunk driving, police chief says.

Lacey police arrested a Bayville man and charged him with drunk driving after his car struck a utility pole on Manchester Avenue early Saturday morning, Police Chief David A. Paprota said.
The impact sent live wires into the roadway. Trevor Palagonia, 19, Glenwood Drive, was arrested at the scene, the chief said.
No injuries were reported. Manchester Avenue in front of Gille Park from Haines Street to Lacey Road remained closed as of 8:30 a.m. so utility crews could make repairs, Paprota said.
