I am currently on the ballot for Board of Education in Lacey Township. I have previously served two terms and have achieved the highest levels of board member training offered by the New Jersey School Boards Association. In May 2019, I received my Master Board Member certification. The following year, in May 2020, I received the Certified Board Leader award.

If the people of Lacey want a dedicated tax watchdog on the board- that would be me. I’ve been watching where the money goes at Lacey Board of Education for over 20 years. I still review their monthly bills when I have time under the Open Public Records Act.

This is going to be another financially difficult year for the Lacey Board of Education since they have removed solar panels from several buildings to go back on the full price grid. They made no effort to get a PPA in place before removing the panels that were producing ⅓ of the district’s power.

Please consider voting for an experienced Board Member who is not currently an incumbent. The incumbents raised your taxes 27% in 3 years!

Respectfully submitted,
