Forked River Man Facing Heroin, Drug Paraphernalia Charges
Police spotted Dana Kutassy going door to door trying to sell Kohl's gift cards, police chief says.

Lacey police recently arrested a Forked River man after they spotted him stuffing heroin packets in his pocket in the Sunrise Beach area, Police Chief David A. Paprota said.
Detective Robert Surtees and Detective Brian Flynn were driving in the area of Nautilus Boulevard and Raleigh Drive at 1:02 p.m. on Jan. 28 when they saw Dana Kutassy, 431 Cabot Street, the chief said.
Kutassy had been reported knocking on the doors of local homes and trying to sell Kohl’s gift cards the day before. The detectives arrested Kutassy and charged him with possession of heroin, possession of a hypodermic syringe and possession of drug paraphernalia, Paprota said.
