Forked River Man Found In Foreclosed Home Facing Heroin Charges
Christopher C. Cox, 26, was found in an upstairs bedroom of the vacant home.

Lacey police recently arrested a man in an upstairs bedroom of a foreclosed home in the 1400 block of Bullard Avenue and charged him with possession of heroin and burglary, Police Chief David A. Paprota said.
Officers Michael Hein and Jeffrey Slota responded to the residence at 10:05 a.m. on March 11 to help a real estate agent check the vacant home. While checking the residence officers located Christopher C. Cox, 26, in the bedroom.
Officers found several wax folds of heroin, several empty wax folds, and syringes. Cox was arrested and transported to police headquarters. He was charged on a warrant with burglary, possession of heroin and possession of a hypodermic syringe, Paprota said.
