Forked River Woman Stuck In Snow Charged With Drunk Driving
Krista M. Marshall also charged with reckless driving.

Lacey police recent charged a Forked River woman with driving under the influence after they responded to a report of an intoxicated driver whose vehicle was stuck in the snow, Police Chief David A Paprota said.
Officer Andrew Slota responded to the area of Lakeside Drive South and Sylvania Place at 2:23 a.m.on Jan. 24. Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of 18-year-old Krista M. Marshall of Woodland Road in Forked River, NJ for DUI, the chief said.
Marshall was transported to Lacey Township police headquarters, where she was processed and also charged with reckless driving, he said.

Her vehicle she was driving was impounded pursuant to John’s Law, the chief said.
