Got Leftover Pumpkins? Bring Them To These Lacey-Area Farms
If you want to get rid of old, leftover pumpkins, here are some options around Lacey.

LACEY, NJ — Now that Halloween is over, you probably have leftover pumpkins slowly rotting on your porch. What should you do with these?
Old jack-o'-lanterns can be composted, or you can leave them out in your yard for all of your local critters to enjoy. Just cut them into small pieces so squirrels, deer, foxes and more can enjoy them.
Another option is seeing if local livestock raisers want any. If your neighbors have chickens, ask them if they want any, or reach out to other locals you know. These farms have shared that you can bring your leftover pumpkins to them.
