Most stepped down from the committee at the end of 2014 after opting not to run for another term. Township Republicans nominated Nick Juliano as his successor.
"I've been blessed with this community," Most said at his last committee meeting. "It's been a great honor to serve this community. This town was my second family."

Most was the alleged victim of a violent altercation while still a committee member in 2014. Then-Deputy Mayor Mark Dykoff was charged with simple assault after Most told police Dykoff had punched him over a difference of opinion involving school board endorsements.
Most agreed to drop the charge but wanted Dykoff to publicly apologize to him in court, which Dykoff did.
