Lacey Home Used To Store, Deal Drugs: Prosecutor
Three people were charged with using a Lacey home to store and distribute cocaine, heroin and PCP, authorities said.
LACEY, NJ — Three people used a Lacey home to store and distribute narcotics throughout Ocean County, the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office said.
Eric Bowman, 34, of West Deptford and Shantal White, 28, of Brick, used a home in Lacey owned and occupied by Michael Kinsky, 46, to keep the drugs, Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer said.
Surveillance began on the home in early January 2024, Billhimer said. The Ocean County Regional SWAT Team first searched the home on a warrant on Jan. 25.

Detectives seized about seven grams of crack cocaine, ten wax folds of heroin and 35 grams of liquid Phencyclidine (PCP), Billhimer said.
Kinsky, present at the time of the search, was taken into custody and charged with possession of heroin, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed at Ocean County Jail and then served with the charges via summons pending an upcoming first appearance in Ocean County Superior Court, Billhimer said.

Surveillance continued on Kinsky's home and detectives found that he, Bowman and White were still using it to store and deal drugs, Billhimer said.
On March 6, the home was again raided. This time, about 12 grams of crack cocaine and 43 wax folds of heroin were seized, Billhimer said. Kinsky and Bowman were taken into custody.
Kinsky was charged with possession of over ten grams of PCP with intent to distribute, possession of PCP, possession of heroin, possession of crack cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was taken to Ocean County Jail and released due to bail reform.
Bowman was also charged with possession of over ten grams of PCP with intent to distribute, possession of PCP, possession of heroin, possession of crack cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to Ocean County Jail where he remains pending trial.
On March 7, White was charged with possession of over ten grams of PCP with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was taken to Ocean County Jail and released due to bail reform.
