Lacey Man Accused Of Stalking, Harassing Victim
The Forked River man followed her home and returned to her driveway later, police said.
LACEY, NJ — A Forked River man was accused of stalking and harassing a female victim. John O'Neill drove behind and followed a local resident to her driveway Sunday night, police said.
Then O'Neill returned Monday morning and entered her driveway before leaving the area, police said. The incidents were reported to police at 11:05 a.m. Monday.
Police pulled O'Neill over. The 32-year-old received criminal complaints against him for stalking and harassment, authorities said. He was taken to the Ocean County Correctional Facility.
