Lacey Man Found With Heroin, Handgun In Toms River: Police
When pulled over, the man had a bundle of heroin, an untraceable handgun and hollow point bullets, police said.
TOMS RIVER, NJ — Authorities found a Lacey man with heroin and a handgun after pulling him over Aug. 4, according to Toms River police.
Police pulled over Daniel Dornbierer on Route 72 near Route 166. They found a bundle (10 wax folds) of heroin and a polymer 80 9mm handgun with hollow point bullets, police said.
The handgun was void of serial numbers and was untraceable, according to authorities. Dornbierer, 42, was charged with possession of heroin and several weapons offenses.

He was sent to Ocean County Jail pending a detention hearing.
