Lacey officials asked higher authorities to investigate a potential malfunctioning of the EZ Pass lanes at the northbound GSP entrance.
LACEY, NJ — Lacey officials are looking for answers about a potentially malfunctioning EZ Pass lane in town.
At a recent Lacey Township Committee meeting, Mayor Mark Dykoff said he asked Senator Christopher Connors to have the 9th District legislators reach out NJ Highway Authority to fix the issue.
Dykoff said he has gotten complaints from residents that the lane does not recognize the EZ Pass properly at the northbound Garden State Parkway entrance, causing drivers to receive violations for unpaid tolls.
