Lacey Police Arrest Whiting Man On Multiple Drug Charges

Lacey police recently arrested a Whiting man after they observed drug activity in the parking lot of the 7-Eleven in Forked River recently, Police Chief Michael DiBella said.

Officer Anthony Sarno spotted the suspicious activity at 7:26 p.m. on Aug. 22. He saw a vehicle involved leave the scene and stopped it soon after on West Lacey Road near Argos Farm, the chief said.

Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of the driver, Christopher M. Graham, 30, Lafayette Drive, Whiting for possession of a controlled dangerous substance. He was taken to police headquarters where he was also charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a hypodermic syringe, speeding, and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, DiBella said.
