Lacey Police Charge Bayville Woman With Drunk Driving, Police Chief Says
Arrest came after a motor vehicle stop.

Lacey police recently charged a Bayville woman with drunk driving after responding to a report of an intoxicated driver in the area of Route 9 and Lacey Road recently, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
Officer Michael Verwey was dispatched to the area at 12:45 a.m. on Sept. 5 with a description of the vehicle. Verwey located the vehicle traveling on Route 9 near South Street in Lanoka Harbor and conducted a traffic stop, the chief said.
Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of the driver Pamela A. Prusecki, 53, Pheasant Drive, for driving under the influence. She was taken to police headquarters and processed. She was also charged with reckless driving and failure to maintain lane.
