Lacey Police Charge Forked River Man With Burglarizing Caldwell Avenue Home
Police say Anthony Gach, Jr., took $1,030 of items from home by entering an unlocked window.

Lacey detectives recently arrested a Forked River man and charged him with the burglary and theft of a Caldwell Avenue home, Police Chief David A. Paprota said.
Officer Scott Keefe responded to the home at 755 p.m. on Nov. 23, after the victim called police and told him that he believed another resident in the house was responsible for the theft. The victim said that someone entered his locked bedroom through an unlocked window and stole a Playstation 3 controller, roughly 30 Blu-Ray DVDs and a gold ring, with a total value of $1,030, the chief said.
Lacey detectives arrested Anthony Gach, Jr., 131 Caldwell Avenue on Nov. 25 and charged him with burglary and theft. Gach was taken to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River in lieu of $20,000 bail, Paprota said.
