Lacey Police Charge Forked River Man With Drunk Driving
Arrest came after motor vehicle stop, police say.

Lacey police recently charged a Forked River man with driving under the influence after a motor vehicle stop on Nautilus Boulevard near the intersection of Raleigh Drive, Police Chief Michael DiBella said.
Officer Anthony Sarno stopped Donald Capolupo, 34, Deerhead Lake Drive at 3 a.m. on July 20. Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of the driver. Capolupo was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed, the chief said
He was released after receiving traffic summonses for DUI, reckless driving, and failure to maintain lane. The vehicle he was operating was impounded pursuant to John’s Law, DiBella said.
