Lacey Police Charge Forked River Man With Drunk Driving After Accident
Vincent Boardingham also charged with assault by auto.

Lacey police recently arrested a Forked River man recently after he collided with another car at the intersection of Lacey Road and Wilbert Avenue, Police Chief Michael DiBella said.
Officer Darrell Nick responded to the area at 4 p.m. on Aug. 14 on a report of an accident. Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of Vincent Boardingham, 23, Lakeside Drive North, for driving under the influence, the chief said.
The second driver had a minor chest injury, but declined to go to the hospital. Boardingham was taken to police headquarters, where he was also charged with reckless driving, driving with a suspended license and and failure to stop. He also received a criminal summons for assault by auto, DiBella said.
