Lacey Police Charge Neptune Woman With Drunk Driving

Lacey police recently charged a Neptune woman with drunk driving after a motor vehicle stop on Bay Avenue near Thomas Lane, Police Chief David A. Paprota said.

Officer Jason Lee conducted the stop at 2:10 a.m. on June 18. Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of Jennifer K. McCann, 31, West Sylvania Avenue. She was taken to police headquarters, where she was also charged with refusal to submit breath samples, reckless driving and careless driving, the chief said.

Her vehicle was impounded pursuant to John's Law, Paprota said.
