Lacey Police Investigating Burglary At North Point Court Home

Victim discovered thefts when she return home after an absence of several months.

A North Point Court resident returned home recently to find that her house had been burglarized and a $1,300 television set had been stolen, Police Chief David A. Paprota said.

Officer Dimitrios Tsarnas responded to the Lanoka Harbor home at 6:33 p.m. on June 3 on a report of a burglary, the chief said.

The victim told police she had not been living in the house for several months. When she returned, she discovered someone had taken a Sharp 47-inch blue-ray television set and assorted United States coins valued at $200, Paprota said.

No signs of forced entry were located, but a window was found to be unsecured, the chief said.
